Dominic Lee

Dominic’s unwavering passion for sports and fitness has been the cornerstone of his life and career. His academic journey began with a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science from Republic Polytechnic, followed by earning a Bachelor of Science with Honours (Distinction) in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology. His academic excellence was recognized with a prestigious scholarship from the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH).

Launching his career at Changi General Hospital (CGH), Dominic amassed extensive experience across geriatric, neurological, sporting injuries, orthopaedic, and post-operative care before finding his niche in the outpatient musculoskeletal department. His dedication also extended to serving the Singapore Para-swimming team at major international competitions. In recognition of his exemplary service, Dominic was honored with the Singhealth Service Quality Gold Award in 2024.

Dominic’s involvement in competitive sports, including powerlifting, football, and basketball, has provided him with invaluable firsthand experience with injuries. This has fostered a profound empathy and understanding in his practice. His experience working with high-performance athletes has honed his assessment and diagnostic skills, making him exceptionally skilled at managing sports and overuse injuries.

Dominic’s approach to patient care is both confident and compassionate, addressing neck and lower back pain, as well as knee and ankle injuries in patients of all ages. He utilizes a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, kinesiology taping, and evidence-based exercises, to provide comprehensive treatment.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dominic enjoys making coffee, spending time with his family, and traveling.
