Camilla Oates

Camilla is a seasoned osteopath with extensive expertise cultivated over a decade of dedicated study. She recently relocated to Singapore from London, where she spent several years working in a Harley Street clinic.

With a depth of professional experience, she has a thorough understanding of how the human body works, and uses a combination of both structural, cranial and soft tissue techniques to address restrictions and movement throughout the whole body. She has a holistic approach to treatment, directed towards restoring function, improving posture, relieving muscular aches and pains, reducing general body tension and promoting recovery after injury. Sessions involve both hands on treatment as well as advice on lifestyle activities and exercises.

Specialising in paediatric care, Camilla’s passion lies in nurturing the health of babies and children. Her tenure at the world-renowned Osteopathic Centre for Children, where she gained a Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy, equipped her with the skills to address newborn restrictions and discomforts, often stemming from birth-related challenges.

In addition, Camilla is highly skilled in the treatment pregnant and post-partum women having recently achieved a Diploma in Women’s Health Osteopathy. Understanding the profound physical and emotional strains of pregnancy and childbirth, she empowers women to navigate these transformative phases with confidence, preparing their bodies and alleviating associated stresses.
